My name is Rhonda McMahon. I am an avid hiker, outdoors woman and certified yoga teacher. I have developed a strong connection to nature that re-established a child-like wonder for spending time outdoors.
I am teacher certified in Kripula, Yoga for Runners, Trauma Yoga, Restorative Yoga, YIN, Level 1-2 Reiki , Thai Massage and a certified
Hike Ontario Wilderness and Day Hike Leader.
In January 2014, I established Stride and Stretch, combining my two favourite passions, yoga and hiking, to inspire people to get outdoors, connect with nature and practice yoga.
