My name is Rhonda McMahon. I am an avid hiker, outdoors woman and certified yoga teacher. I've developed a strong connection to nature, a child-like wonder for spending time outdoors.
I am teacher certified in Kripula, Yoga for Runners, Yoga for Trauma, Restorative Yoga, YIN, CHAIRYoga, Level 1-2 Reiki , and Thai Massage . I am also a certified
Hike Ontario Wilderness and Day Hike Leader.
In 2014, I established Stride and Stretch, combining my two favourite passions, yoga and hiking, to inspire people to get outdoors, connect with nature and find more ways to practice yoga.
